Subscriptions

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Elori subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then choose Elori to view, change, or cancel your plan.

Will deleting the app cancel my subscription?

No. Deleting Elori from your device does not cancel an active subscription. You need to cancel it from your Apple ID subscription settings.

How do I restore a purchase?

Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase, then use the restore purchase option inside Elori. If access still does not update, restart the app and check your Apple ID subscription status.

Refunds

How do I request a refund?

Apple handles all App Store purchases and refunds. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, choose Elori, and follow Apple's refund request steps.

Can Elori issue a refund directly?

No. Because billing is processed by Apple, refunds must be requested through Apple. We are happy to help explain where to go or answer questions about the app, but we cannot approve or process App Store refunds ourselves.

What should I do if Pro features are not available after purchase?

First, confirm the purchase or subscription is active under your Apple ID subscriptions. Then reopen Elori and try restoring purchases in the app. If it still does not work, contact us with the details and we will help troubleshoot.

Privacy and Photos

Do I need an account to use Elori?

No. Elori does not require an account or login to use the app.

Does Elori store my photos?

Elori is designed to process your photos on your device. We do not store, host, or view your photos on our servers.
