Subscriptions
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Elori subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then choose Elori to view, change, or cancel your plan.
Will deleting the app cancel my subscription?
No. Deleting Elori from your device does not cancel an active subscription. You need to cancel it from your Apple ID subscription settings.
How do I restore a purchase?
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase, then use the restore purchase option inside Elori. If access still does not update, restart the app and check your Apple ID subscription status.
Refunds
How do I request a refund?
Apple handles all App Store purchases and refunds. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, choose Elori, and follow Apple's refund request steps.
Can Elori issue a refund directly?
No. Because billing is processed by Apple, refunds must be requested through Apple. We are happy to help explain where to go or answer questions about the app, but we cannot approve or process App Store refunds ourselves.

What should I do if Pro features are not available after purchase?
First, confirm the purchase or subscription is active under your Apple ID subscriptions. Then reopen Elori and try restoring purchases in the app. If it still does not work, contact us with the details and we will help troubleshoot.
Privacy and photos
Do I need an account to use Elori?
No. Elori does not require an account or login to use the app.
Does Elori store my photos?
Elori is designed to process your photos on your device. We do not store, host, or view your photos on our servers.

Yes. Elori is an iPhone photo collage maker for building single-image collages, multi-photo layouts, scrapbook-style designs, and social media graphics. You can begin with a template or arrange your own photos in a layout, then refine the design with text, backgrounds, frames, stickers, filters, and drawing tools.
What can I create with Elori?
You can create photo collages, mood boards, digital scrapbooks, travel recaps, before-and-after designs, story graphics, carousel posts, and photo or video compositions. Elori combines layout tools with decorative objects, typography, backgrounds, and media controls for both quick collages and detailed visual projects.
Can I make a collage from a ready-made template?
Yes. Elori includes a template library designed to give you a finished structure before you add your own media. Replace the sample photos or videos, edit the text, and customize the colors, layout, frames, stickers, and backgrounds to make the template your own.
Can I create a collage without using a template?
Yes. Choose a blank or simple layout and build the design from your own photos, videos, text, drawings, and decorative elements. This is useful when you want a custom photo collage instead of a pre-designed style.
Which collage layouts are available?
Elori supports photo grid and collage layouts including vertical and horizontal splits, rows, columns, banners, mosaics, classic grids, and layouts with one large hero image. You can also change the spacing and corner radius.
Layouts and frames
Which aspect ratios can I use for social media posts?
Elori includes 1:1 square, 3:4 portrait, 4:5 portrait, 4:3 landscape, and 9:16 story canvases. These options make it easier to prepare square posts, portrait feed graphics, landscape collages, Instagram Stories, and other vertical social media designs.
Can I change the photo spacing and rounded corners?
Yes. Adjust the space between photos and the corner radius of the collage slots. You can create anything from a tight photo grid to a softer layout with rounded image corners and more breathing room.
Can photos be placed inside different shapes?
Yes. Photo slots can use rectangle, circle, oval, heart, star, hexagon, diamond, and triangle shapes. Shaped photo frames work well for scrapbook collages, invitations, mood boards, and playful social posts.
Can I add decorative frames to a collage?
Yes. Elori includes decorative frames that can be layered into a design, including frames with replaceable photo or video areas. Position your media inside the frame and continue editing the surrounding collage.
Can I use my own photo or video as the background?
Yes. A canvas background can be a solid color, a background from Elori's library, a photo from your library, or a video. This makes it easy to create textured, branded, or animated collage backgrounds.
Text, stickers, drawing
Can I add text to a photo collage?
Yes. Add text anywhere on the canvas, then edit the wording, font, size, color, background color, alignment, rotation, and layer position. Text tools are useful for titles, captions, dates, quotes, labels, and scrapbook notes.
What fonts can I use in Elori?
Elori includes modern sans serif, elegant serif, script, handwriting, bold display, and classic fonts. Available families include Inter, Montserrat, Poppins, Playfair Display, Cormorant Garamond, Caveat, Pacifico, Bebas Neue, Oswald, Georgia, and more.
Can I make curved or hand-drawn text?
Yes. The text path tool lets you shape text along a drawn path. Use it for curved captions, circular-style lettering, handwritten compositions, and decorative scrapbook typography.
Does Elori include text widgets?
Yes. In addition to plain text, Elori supports styled text elements such as chat bubbles, location tags, and four-digit counters. These widgets add social, travel, diary, and timestamp-inspired details to a collage.
Can I add stickers and design objects?
Yes. Browse Elori's object and sticker collections, add an item to the canvas, and then resize, rotate, duplicate, restyle, or move it between layers. Stickers and objects can turn a simple photo grid into a digital scrapbook or themed collage.
Can I draw directly on a collage?
Yes. Your drawing becomes an editable canvas layer that can be moved, scaled, rotated, reordered, or deleted. Use drawing tools for handwritten marks, arrows, doodles, and custom accents.
Photo editing controls
What photo editing tools are included?
Elori lets you crop, flip, rotate, replace, and reposition photos inside a collage. You can also apply filters and textures, change the photo shape, add a border, and adjust how each image fits its slot.
Which photo filters does Elori offer?
The editor includes Mono, Noir, Chrome, Fade, Instant, Process, Transfer, Sepia, and Vignette effects, along with an unfiltered option. Use them for black-and-white collages, vintage photo edits, film-inspired designs, and consistent color treatments.
Can I add borders, textures, and shadows?
Yes. Photos and design objects can use borders and textures, while objects also support Paper, Soft, Lifted, and Dramatic shadow styles. These controls can create a cut-paper look, a printed-photo effect, or separation between overlapping layers.
Can Elori remove the background from a photo?
Yes. For supported still images, Elori can isolate the foreground and remove the original background on your device. Place the cutout over another photo, color, texture, or collage layout. Results depend on how clearly the subject is separated from the background.
Can I control which elements appear in front or behind?
Yes. Layer controls are available for text, objects, drawings, and template shapes. Move an element forward, backward, to the front, or to the back to build overlapping scrapbook effects and keep important content visible.
Does Elori help align elements on the canvas?
Yes. Center guide lines and rotation snapping help align an item horizontally or vertically and make it easier to use common rotation angles when arranging a collage.
Video and carousels
Can I add videos to an Elori collage?
Yes. Elori supports video in collage slots, frame placeholders, standalone objects, and backgrounds, so you can combine photos and video clips in one design.
Can I trim or mute a video clip?
Yes. Video controls include trimming, choosing a cover frame, and muting or unmuting the clip. Control which part of a video appears and whether its audio is included in the exported collage.
Can I mix photos and videos in the same project?
Yes. A project can contain still photos and video clips across its collage sections. During export, Elori preserves video where it is used and exports image-only sections as still images, making mixed-media carousel designs possible.
Can I create an Instagram carousel with Elori?
Yes. Elori uses a multi-section canvas for carousel-style projects. You can add, duplicate, delete, and reorder sections, preview the complete sequence, and export the sections in order for posting as a social media carousel.
How many carousel slides can I make?
Elori supports projects with up to 20 carousel sections. The free version supports up to five sections, while Elori Pro unlocks the higher limit.
Saving and exporting
Can I save a collage and continue editing later?
Yes. Elori saves editable projects with their layout, media, text, objects, drawings, backgrounds, and layer order. You can reopen a saved project instead of starting over.
Can I duplicate a project or carousel section?
Yes. Duplicate an entire saved project or a section in a multi-section design. This is useful for making variations, keeping a consistent carousel style, or testing a new version without changing the original.
Does Elori include undo and redo?
Yes. The editor includes undo and redo for design changes, with separate undo support while drawing. Experiment with layouts, colors, type, and decorative elements while you build a collage.
How does Elori export photo collages?
Elori renders each section of a still collage at 1440 pixels wide, then saves the finished images to your Photos library. You can also use the iOS share sheet to send or save the exported files.
How does Elori export video collages?
Sections that contain video are rendered as MP4 video files. Elori preserves supported video timing, clipping, rotation, borders, layers, and unmuted audio, while sections without video remain still images.
Can I share an Elori collage to other apps?
Yes. After export, use the standard iOS share sheet to send the collage to compatible social, messaging, cloud storage, and editing apps installed on your device.
